This time next month...

...Peanut will be here! Less than 30 days to go - Michele and Jimmy are getting very excited to meet their baby. The last 10 days have flown by. Michele had her baby shower last weekend with friends and family (some coming in from out of state) to celebrate. In addition to the boxes laying around the house that haven't been unpacked from the move, there are all kinds of new baby things to find a home for. Thanks so much to everyone who attended the shower and to everyone that couldn't make it for their wonderful support & gifts.

Michele is now seeing the midwife once a week until delivery. This past weeks visit produced some unexpected news; Peanut is measuring pretty big. Michele will need an ultrasound tomorrow to determine exactly how big Peanut is. If Peanut gets too big, they may have to induce labor early to avoid needing a c-section.

Jimmy has been stretched pretty thin lately. He is working long hours and spending his free time trying to get the house settled. He's painted the office, living room, shutters, fireplace, dining room and is halfway through the kitchen. We'll post pictures when it's all done. He's also been working in the yard, unpacking, fixing things, building things and anything else that needs doing. He may actually get to slow down when the baby comes.
